The GT864 PY is a self-contained unit featuring the latest GSM/GPRS technology from Telit which can be extended with intelligent data processing capabilities using the Python scripting language. As a quad-band GSM terminal operating in all defined GSM frequency bands, it can be deployed on a worldwide basis. GT864 PY is an excellent product for system integrators whose focus is on application development using a programmable GPRS modem with I/O functionality and standard connectors. GT864 PY can host customer developed python scripts inside the module and be updated “over-the-air”.
